The third step is to just relax. Do not concentrate too hard or try too hard to pick up what the other person is feeling. Just leave your mind open and receptive, and perform this someplace with fewer distractions. At first, you may have to remove any object that is made of natural stone or wood. Also, you may not wear any jewellery while practicing.

Telepathy is not just for those who are gifted or exceptional. If dolphins are able to get messages and directions across to one another simply by using their thoughts, how much more can humans develop their telepathic abilities? Surely, with enough practice and a dose of confidence, everyone can learn telepathy.
